b) Incorrect account added by the subscriber. Please note that after your purchase, you receive an email with detailed instructions on how to add the Creator to your friends' list. Make sure you added the correct account mentioned in the email you received.
c) The Creator simply couldn't add you in time. This could be due to several reasons, such as being busy with trips, having no Internet connection, etc. If you haven't been added within 48 hours after your purchase, please contact the Creator in direct messages on this subject.
