We recommend following these steps to ensure that your purchase did go through:
- Ensure that you are actually charged: the charge should be visible on your bank statement and you will receive an email with a purchase confirmation, additionally, you can check your payments on the biller's site;
- Check if you are logged in to the correct user account: proceed to https://fancentro.com/settings and check the email address in it;
- If you purchased a clip, DM unlocks or a feed post, the purchased content will appear in the Purchases. In case you bought a subscription, its status can be checked in Subscriptions.
If you've gone through all the steps and still can't find the content you purchased, consider messaging us through our support page by clicking Submit a request on the top right of your page.
